Cottage only:

High Season: July, August, and Holidays...$950/week  or $150/night

Mid Season: June and September...$800/week or $135/night

Low Season: $700/week $125/night

Cleaning Fee: $75 (over 3 nights)

Cleaning Fee: $50 (2-3 nights)

Cabin and Cottage:

High Season: July, August, and Holidays...$2925/week up to 12 people

Mid Season: June and September...$2625/week up to 12 people

Low Season: October-May...$2325/week up to 12 people

$500/night (3 night minimum) all seasons

Additional people over 12 years of age add $15/day 

Cleaning Fee: $175
